I went with my laptop. The person in charge (very strong accent maybe arab) was busy so I was waiting in another little room. Was my turn and I showed him my laptop(7 years old) is slow but I don't have money to buy another one. I open my laptop and I was waiting to start. Was slow like I said and the guy start making fun. How can you use such a slow computer? After back and forth exchanged excuses, I turn off my laptop and I told him I am leaving. He asked me to pay him because I was wasting his time. He did not touch my laptop. I am so sorry because I gave him $20, money he put it in a desk drawer. No receipt .
Because I refused to leave my laptop , is not paperwork regarding my name,address,etc. So this is the reason you don't have a history about my laptop been in your shop.
The short,old guy took my $20 for doing nothing. I left very upset . So like I said I am never come back to that place. I am sure the guy is not going to recognize me been there and taking $20.
Rude and greedy that guy.
So can I have my $ 20 back

Abi was able to repair my laptop flawlessly and even was able to do so with a final charge lower than the quoted amount! The amount quoted was reasonable, the turn around time was excellent, and all communications were clear and kind! Will 100% bring all electronics to Abi if anything else should go wrong!

I sincerely do not know where these 5 star reviews come from. I had the worst experience w Abi. I gave him my laptop to repair the keyboard and it took him over a month to deliver the device back to me. And that was with my constant nagging via text. When you question him he talks over you. When he showed me the “work” he did there were pieces of my laptop DUCT TAPED together. And he told me the only way I could work my computer was via an external monitor w an hdmi cord. So my laptop essentially couldn’t be mobile. I was so furious but he said well I fixed what you brought it in for. I said but I still can’t operate it…. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS. Look at the Yelp reviews also. This man is a textbook scammer.

Might I add that my bank also declined any claim I made. I believe it was partly due the time between the payment and the claim filed.

This is my second time, they fixed my gaming laptop. Fixed same day. I wasn't expecting that quick service. Very good service. I will come again with my husband's computer now. Will recommend to everyone.

Abi was fantastic. Even when I got spooked at costs of parts and such, he's was so patient and understanding. He let me do my own research and turned out he was the best deal! And when I gave him the go ahead, the turn around time was super fast!
