A few months my computer was hacked and locked me out, talked with someone that said they were from Microsoft security, ended up a big scam, took it to ICU Computer Solutions, Fouad helped me, he is the computer expert. Cleaned and wiped out all the viruses, works great , everyone is very friendly. They know there stuff, also the have copiers, printers and supplies, you will not be disappointed

These guys are great. I highly recommend them. I thought my computer died, but when I brought it in and Luogan did his diagnosis, it turned out my PC was fine. The problem was static electricity or an external cabling issue. When I got it home and hooked it up, all was fine. And they charged me nothing for the diagnosis! Luogan was great - in communication, upbeat, competent, and a pleasure to deal with. If I'm ever desperate for local computer help, this is who I'll call.

Came here to fix my 10 year old Asus laptop, but was told that parts needed were not available. They recommended me to find a new laptop. I did some laptop research so I can transfer my programs and files from my old one to the new one. They double checked my laptop of choice to make sure we have the highest success for the data transfer. The data transfer took a bit longer than I would like, about 5-6 business days, but it was worth the wait! If you want quality work, you'll have to be patient to get the best result especially when it comes to expensive devices like laptops. I'm quite ecstatic that all my programs I used from my college days are intact and operational! It saved me hundreds of dollars from having to buy these programs again. Many thanks to Mr. Yassine for his expertise in working the internal components and to Mrs. Angel in the front desk for her pleasant company! Highly recommend this place if you are looking to transfer programs and data from your old laptop to a new one!
