Technology is so important to how we provide dental care for our patients. Computers and other electronic devices are integrated in our clinical workflow, as well as administrative facets of running the practice. Pact-One has been my I.T. services provider for 13 years and I could not be happier with their professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and responsiveness. This weekend when my practice management software blocked access to my computers, Mike Jones was the on-call engineer who responded quickly to my call. Mike patiently answered my questions, took care of the problem, and provided a written summary of the issue and what to do moving forwards.
