These folks will do you right. I've been in I.T. for over 33 years. They treat their customers like family. They actually care that you are taken care of and your problem is solved correctly. You don't get that in Big Box stores. You can trust them to fix your problem correctly the first time, and to treat you with respect and courtesy. There are very few places around that place such an emphasis on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this organization to both consumers and small businesses.

There is service and then there is "I will fix this because it's personal", this company is the latter. I can't recommend them enough. They attacked a problem that turned out to he mind boggling strange. They figured it out. Got a call from them today at 6 (closing time) just to make sure everything's good. You might get that, for sure not anywhere else, but I did and greatly appreciate it. Go here and get great service.

Overcharged for a diagnosis and was attempted for a labor less than an hour to be told that it would cost a lot more for parts than it would online. Choose another computer store
Edit: notice the owner attempting to call out my previous reviews of bad practices much like this store so others know what to expect. This store charges 85$ for a simple diagnosis while attempting to overcharge for more computer parts that cost more than the unit itself.

Excellent. I would give 10 stars if I could. This company is very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about them. My company files for my business were compromised on my computer and seemingly lost forever. I called them and they had me drop off my pc. Called me back within an hour and had me back on my feet 100%. I highly recommend this company for anyone with computer needs.

Your Way Tech Team handles all of our computer/printer needs and keeps everything working. When a machine falls down for whatever reason they can usually remote into it and get it back on it's feet but if it has a major difficulty requiring it go to their shop they are fast on the turn around because they know we use our computers in our business.

They have been handling our computers and providing web hosting as well as keeping us updated for many years and I recommend them to anyone that owns a computer and wants it to run at peak efficiency.
