Amazing new hotel opened in 2024 so don’t be put off by the lack of reviews! I am a travel agent and would 100% recommend to my clients. The couple that own and host the hotel are so lovely and will help you in anyway they can. Even emailing before arrival they were fast to reply and very helpful. The room was beautiful and clean with a big comfy bed. The breakfast was freshly made for your table rather than buffet style and it was delicious and you get so much! It’s in an excellent location with beautiful views of the river and town. There’s also a lovely roof terrace with 2 resident kittens you can play with.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Friendly hosts who provided a delicious and generously portioned breakfast in the morning. Excellent location for exploring of Berat Old Town and Castle. Easy parking a short walk from the hotel (cannot drive in the old town area). Newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. Lovely common terrace with great views of the Berat Old Town.

Prachtig hotel met mooi terras, hosts zijn heel erg vriendelijk! Elke ochtend zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, dat ook nog eens erg smaakte. Je kon kiezen hoe je je ei gebakken wou. De 2 hotelkatten Jacques en Poku hebben ons hart gestolen, nog nooit zo’n lieve kittens tegengekomen. Kamers zijn recent en zeer proper, uitgerust met airco. Goede douchegel, shampoo en conditioner aanwezig in de mooie badkamer. Ik raad dit hotel erg aan! Wel moeilijk met de auto te bereiken, best beneden parkeren en met bagage naar hotel stappen. Als we nog eens naar Berat zouden komen, komen we ongetwijfeld terug naar dit hotel!

We had an extraordinary stay at this lovely, genuine albanian guesthouse. The hosts where extremly friendly and very helpful. You get the feeling that they really love what their doing and put the guests needs as a priority. We were too late for breakfast by mistake but they didn‘t hesitate to give us the full service anyway.
The rooms are not very big but it was enough for us and the air condition and the shower were very good. All the guest have access to the terrace from which you‘ll have a great view. You can sit there, have a drink or just relax. The hosts even brought us nuts as a snack. If you‘re lucky you will meet the very cute hotel kittens.
Just be aware that the parking is quite far away so light packing for few nights is recommended. Or your way to the guesthouse will be a tough workout.
We can wholeheartly recommend this guesthouse and would stay there again ourselves.

A beautiful boutique hotel, well located in Berat. Everything about our spacious and stylish room was finished to a very high quality. The breakfast was delicious and included homemade jams as well as cooked options and croissants. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful and they couldn’t do enough to make our stay here enjoyable.

The charming Dino and Violeta had opened the hotel 14 days before our arrival. The 200 year old house has been beautifully converted to the highest of standards given the restrictions of an old building , which is located in a pedestrian area of this small historic city. Our luggage was carried up to the hotel which is a 5 minute walk from the private parking lot. It is a quiet and simple hotel and the four front bedrooms have a stunning view. We could not have enjoyed our comfortable visit more.

Absolutely recommended when you want to stay in Berat. All the staff of the hotel was very friendly and always made time for us and wanted to make sure we had a great time. The host told us beforehand where we should park and if we had any heavy luggage, we should let him know, because he would send someone to help with the luggage. We didnt want to bother too much, so we walked ourselves, but in hindsight it is recommended to accept the help which is paid by the host, otherwise it will be a good workout. The walk towards the hotel goed through the beautiful old streets, but is very steep and not easy to ride with a suitcase.

When we arrived the host offered some cold water and showed us the room and gave some tips to visit in Berat. The location is perfect, with a lot of activities and restaurants nearby. The rooms are still in traditional style, but have a renovated bathroom with great facilities.

The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop with very cute and friendly kittens and a great view over Berat.

For breakfast you will receive some traditional Albanian food, which tasted great.

Overall this place has definitely deserved 5 starts and I would recommend everyone to go here when you want to visit Berat!
