Very amiable and welcoming. The lime green makes the shop easy to spot and there is parking across the street for the time being. Service is professional and attentive.

Took a bit less than 2 weeks (which was understandable) but other than that they were very nice and did a flawless job getting what I want done. Even did some extra stuff that made the computer better for a good price!

Aaron was excellent to work with! I came by with a late notice in hopes of finding a nice starter keyboard with a creamy sound to it. I wasn't expecting to buy anything. The lady I talked to, I didn't get her name, unfortunately, worked with Aaron to squeeze me in right before his next appointment. He is very knowledgeable about keyboards, PCs, etc. and I can see the passion he has for building them!!
I ended up buying a keyboard, and I'm absolutely in love with it. I might make some mods to it in the future, but for now, I am enjoying the tactile switches.
I will 100% be back so I can have him do some customization on the other keyboard I have!......and also buy another keyboard in the future.

Amazing customer service. Lady over the phone was very nice. Clean environment. Fixed my brothers PC with very quick return time. Showed a lot of respect, thoroughly explained anything we asked included random questions about display items. The KEYBOARD DISPLAYS they have are AMAZING! Thank you !! Will recommend anyone here and I will come back for any pc needs.

I bought a prebuilt iBuyPower setup from Best Buy that ended up ‘crashing’ after 2 months. Creating a warranty claim through IBP would have cost about 100$ in shipping and another 100$ in deductible. Reddit forums stated it would’ve easily taken around 5-6 weeks for turnaround and customers were getting their systems back worse than before they sent them off.

To avoid all of this trouble I found a computer repair shop locally and took a chance with Tiny Little Tech Shop. I could not be happier with my choice and was blown away with the service and support I received. Turnaround time was about 3 business days to diagnose and create a solution to make the PC better than before I had the issue.

Where iBuyPower originally placed the SSD may have been the partial cause of the crash, as the hard-drive was determined to be the root cause. Aaron replaced the SSD and placed it in a more appropriate spot, keeping it cooler and performing better. Aaron also swapped some RAM to better fit the theme of the build and replaced the original power cables to ‘clean up the look’. All of this for right around what a warranty claim would’ve cost me.

TLDR: My computer runs better than it did straight out of the box; if you need to make a claim on a warranty but don’t know if it’s worth it I would say give TLTS a shout first.

Aaron and Earline are amazing!
When I came home from vacation and my computer was cycling, safe to say my heart dropped. I took it to this team in the morning and my issue was solved by the end of day.

The price was exactly where I expected to be with professional and expert level assistance.

They also offer rush orders if you need to have your issues completed as close to a 24 hour time frame as possible.

Great atmosphere and even better aesthetic on the inside.

The Lady at the counter, Earline, was so pleasant to talk to and interact with. As well as kind and patient with my little one.

Will definitely be using this shop for all my diagnostic and hardware issues moving forward!

I was called Aaron to see about finishing a pc hardware installation, he was very nice to speak with, and same In person. What made this experience so disappointing is the fact that I was told $125-145, I figured since all that was left was a power supply, hardrive, gpu and wiring i was hoping it to be more towards $125 as I even told him I literally didn’t have a lot of money to spend…I was charged $162.50 In store. I texted and called him to see what made this so much more than what we discussed. I got no response back! his work is excellent. But if you come here expect a price markup for whatever you’re being told plus about 50% more expensive than other tech shops.
