The communication from the account manager was severely lacking. Confirmation that the documents we sent was never received. We had to contact them for confirmation. Once all of the documents were submitted, it took another email 1 month later to ask about the determination from the IRS. It's been 4 days, and we still haven't heard from the our account manager. We've paid over $2000 in fees for this service, and it has been nothing but frustrating.

I needed help with the state placing a lien on my bank account for back taxes and it had taken almost a month between when I signed up for help and when I received said help. By that time it was too late to do anything to stop the process from taking place. Needless to say but the money was taken and it was devastating for my family and I as it forced us to be behind on everything. It's a difficult thing to share with others about financial problems you have, especially the psychological trauma it causes you because of your own missteps. They scared me into paying them $5000 to file my taxes and setup a payment plan. I only owed $2500 to the IRS. I paid somebody $250 for these exact two services in 2017. Thanks for hindering my ability to better myself financially. I absolutely love seeing $167 come out of my bank every month for 3 years since I chose the payment plan route. Especially in this financial climate we are in. I hope there is a class action lawsuit that I can be apart of. Thanks for nothing.

EDIT: Save yourself some money, go to a "mom n' pop" tax agency in your area and have them help you out rather!!!!

I shouldn’t even rate it a 1 star. It has been the worst experience. Lies told to me stating pay a lot of money and the IRS won’t continue to charge you interest or penalties. It took months for a review and payment information. Only to find out all fees and penalties. They did nothing for me. I should have just contacted the IRS directly for payment option. The results would have been the same and I would have saved $3,450.00
