My experience with Stimulus Technologies is that they are a team of true professionals who are skilled in IT work. My service was computer repair... had a very stubborn virus on one of my workplace computers. The team helped with a combination of in-person visits and remote off-site assistance to help clean up the computer. The price was very reasonable for the level of service they provided. I am a 12-year small business (real estate Broker) owner in Las Vegas and rely heavily on our technology. Stimulus Technologies is an excellent partner!

They provided me with comprehensive/detailed reports on each and I could pick and choose the upgrades, system overhauls that I needed in priority order. Nice people, but the service is so unreliable that it cannot be used for business. I have had it with this company - their service just keeps getting worse. Stimulus has easily cost me over $10,000 in lost business in 2020 due to repeated failures of their power supplies, boards, etc. Probably okay for home or entertainment, but my business can’t keep suffering loss of revenue that Stimulus then offers to compensate by a credit of 1/2 month of fees. Are you serious?
