We just had the most wonderful experience with Sarah, as first-time buyers in Florida. Things here are somewhat different than in CA and Sarah is well aware of the differences. She took the time to explain all the big and little FL things we needed to know for a successful transaction. For example, insurance here is pretty complicated and Sarah provided us quotes and connections that ended up saving us a ton of money.
Most importantly, Sarah is a masterful negotiator and got us into the home of our dreams.
