Impressive back-up service! R&R completed the installation of our new fitted kitchen in December 2022, it was quite a big project covering a new ceiling, lots plastering and lighting, which we were really pleased with and to this day still are! We called today to report a minor issue and James sent a fitter within an hour of the call and the issue was resolved within 2 hours. I highly recommend R&R and am pleased we chose a local independent company over the big multi-national companies which I doubt would compete on quality and service.

New kitchen started September 2019, the fitting was Very poorly fitted and required so many repairs.
Just had another repair yesterday. 21/2/20.
So my brand new kitchen dream was the worse experience I've had. My kitchen was not cheap,but we went with this company as 18 years ago we had our 1st kitchen from them. No repairs or problems.
Yes the company have done the repairs but to me the kitchen feels second hand. So many issues with splash back that was poorly cut, plinths under cabinet and at floor level,again poorly cut. 2 new open cabinets had to be remade due to cutting issues. Silicone taken out and done again few times. Doors re-hung after less than a month. Fridge door checked many times plus engineer called out. But I still feel there is a problem! Two corner post on one side of the kitchen don't fit with doors and have been told they can't be line up. So it's not perfect. Gaps that showed light through cabinets, been told my kitchen out!! No problems 18 years ago.
So have strips of wood under units to solve this.
I did say I was going to look for compensations but was told "we are replacing and repairing ALL problems".
So that's my review of my New kitchen from R&R Kitchen LTD

R and R Kitchens have completed our small kitchen renovation project very handily.
Having had a terrible experience dealing with one of the well-known national chains, R and R were a complete contrast. Personable and personal, they requoted the project, completed the work, calmly sorting out a couple of unforeseen problems using local labour, all of whom were prompt, hardworking and highly skilled.
We have no hesitation in recommending them. The result has been a beautifully installed kitchen , carried out by a local company that communicates well, and knows how to keep its customers happy!

Cannot thank R&R Kitchens enough for all their help & support during our Kitchen/ Diner redesign. Totally professional at all times from initial design to installation. Many thanks to James, Jacqui & Evie in the office and to Lars, Alan & Jack for their craftsmanship and installation skills which has transformed our Kitchen and Dining room into a usable space that we love to use and spend time in.

Beautiful kitchen, top quality. We are delighted. What stood out about the company was the quality of the personal service. Our designer, Joe, was great to work with. Yes, he had knowledge and ideas but, over and over again, he proved flexible and intuitive in trying to match our aspirations to what was possible. Jason and every single person working on the kitchen were ... nice to have in the house. They really sought to get all the details right even as we changed our minds or things came up. I felt they went 'above and beyond'. And that's what you hope for in using a local company.

We have just had our second kitchen from R&R. The service and quality have been exceptional with excellent post delivery service. We returned to R&R after having our first kitchen from them some 20 years ago. They helped to plan and design the kitchen and then supported our builders who fitted the kitchen. This was all part of an extension we were having built. James and Jo both came on site and helped and advised the builders fitting the units. A separate company came to measure and fit the work surfaces.
Over all we were extremely satisfied and would recommend R&R, in fact our builders are going to be using them on other developments. A special thanks to Jackie who kept us updated with deliveries and supplies.
Well done R&R we will be back.?
