My PC wouldn't turn on anymore, and thankfully I found this guy when I searched for repair shops near me. Ron is so kind and you can tell he really cares about making his customers happy.

The issue with my computer turned out to be a little more complicated than we thought. Ron was honest about not being able to do part of it himself, but knew another person who could fix it and even took it over to the other guy's shop for me. My computer came back looking sparkling clean and working better than it has in years.

The price was reasonable and customer service and communication were excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs repairs done. Thank you, Ron!

Our computer just completely stopped working on us. Our computer had all our wedding photos and babies photos and all my college papers on there i was devastated My husband reached out to Ron at PC Fix and he told us to bring it to him and he would see what he could do for us. He was up front and honest and very faired priced. He sent us updates and got it back to us quick. It's like we got a whole new computer without buying a new computer. I powered off my newly built computer during a Bio update, yes bad idea. After contacting Ron, he was able to fix it less than an hour. He also does follow-up questions so I was able to use my computer the same day. Very knowledgeable.

My issue was fixed in literally 16 hours (including overnight) so it was fast, easy, and cheap. The communication was amazing, I knew what was happening every step of the way. I'm beyond impressed and happy with the final product since it was solved so quickly. I was worried before I called Ron since I didn't know how it would be getting a repair and leaving it with someone but Ron made the experience easy and stress free. I'm so glad I went with him.

Quick and easily resolved! I should’ve gone sooner; took only less than a week for Ron to get back to me with the problems and the solutions. Even though it was my first place to ask the price was reasonable for how quick he finished diagnosing the laptop. I would definitely recommend rather than solving your own issue.
