I replaced my Mini Mac computer happily with a Microsoft computer. I called Joey because as a Realtor ® I am all over social media and exposed to hackers. He assisted me with dual verification methods to help protect my social media business accounts. I have to say Joey is by far the most professional computer tech I've ever met! We didn't stop just at social media, he helped me set up my folders and backup options etc. Extremely efficient, well spoken, very intelligent, patient just an outstanding experience! When 2 giant companies get in a dispute, and one decides not to offer support for the software they developed for the other, the consumer is stuck with $2000.00 software they can't use on any "newer" computer because the newer computers wouldn't accept the "dongle/hasp" required for this very "proprietary software" . Joey Dibella was able to figure out how to "overcome" the issue and correct the problem on my 2 computers and my sister's computer way out West (remotely). Joey is patient when listening to an "exasperated" client. He is so very calm and kind. He saved me and my sister $4000.00....and his cost was extremely low!

Joey DiBella is just plain awesome. He is knowledgeable, skilled, talented and quick. Joey goes beyond what might be expected and will pursue the issue until he solves the problem. I have brought him complicated issues as well as simple ones and he has treated all of them with equal professionalism. He responds quickly, works quickly and is ready available. In addition, Joey is truly honest. There were times when he advised me not to get something done, that it would be money not well spent. Bringing Joey my tech issues is like bringing them to my son.
