Momentum Fit has truly transformed my total fitness! Marie, the owner, and the professional staff genuinely care about your fitness journey. They are very committed to member success. It is also clear that the staff and members go out of their way to create a positive, supportive environment.
My trainer, Cathy, makes even the toughest workouts enjoyable. Her energy is infectious, and she has a unique ability to push me just enough to see results without ever feeling overwhelmed. Her positive reinforcement and constructive feedback have not only helped me improve physically but also boosted my confidence. Momentum has been an exceptionally rewarding experience. The trainers are
very knowledgeable, happy to work with clients and cater to each individual’s needs.

I've been working out @Momentum for a year now and I love it. I train w/ Katie 3x per week and I feel stronger, healthier, and happier than I was a year ago. There is a great sense of community @Momentum, it's a happy place, the trainers know everyone's name, and I truly enjoy being there. As a busy Mom, the 3 hours per week I spend @Momentum are the best 3 hours of my week because they are for ME, which helps me to show up for my family in a happier, more energetic, positive way.

When I was looking for a personal trainer who was well educated, professional, focused on my specific needs and goals , Momentum Wellness was highly recommended by friends and family.
They exceeded all my expectations.
I saw and felt good results in a very short time, my posture and strength are improving, my lower back pain decreasing ....
It became “ my gym “ in less than 2 weeks, and 5 years later still going strong, just call it “ my Momentum family “ now .
