Where do I start? We’ve been mac users for over 25 years...maybe even longer! Though Mac OS is much more user friendly, and requires less servicing than PC, it’s comforting to know there’s a very reliable, efficient, and timely professional literally up the street. We’ve used Mike’s services for years and fully trust him w/ our 3 desktops, 2 laptops, iPads and phones! Most importantly, we trust him in our home. Here’s a pic of our first Mac ?

Mike is THE MAN!! Have 2017 27" iMac Retina w/ 3TB. Was tired of waiting for Apple to release a 27" (or larger) version of new iMacs. Good for me. Mike replaced the internal Fusion Drive with a 4TB SSD and now my system is BLAZING fast. Not to mention it got a new lease of life for another 5-10 years!
Mike picked up from my home on Friday morning, and returned it back Monday morning. How more convenient can it get?
BTW, very reasonably priced.

My 85 year old mom got her first iPhone and was having alot of trouble with getting it set up properly. Mike saved the day, walking her through the entire process and guiding her (and me remotely!). Getting an appointment was super easy and Mike showed up promptly and ready to solve issues that we would have struggled with to no avail. This is my first experience with Mike. He was thoroughly professional and dependable. He explained what he would be doing to replace my horrible iMac disk with a new SSD and answered all my questions. He picked up my iMac at my home and delivered it back to me when promised.

My PC blew up and, this being the economy that it is, I really didn't want to go to the expense of buying a new laptop. I had an old 2010 MacBook Pro that had been sitting in a closet for years and I remembered that a friend had told me that they could in fact be refurbished fairly cheaply.

So, I did some research on Youtube and found that you could in fact refurbish this Mac at a reasonable cost and end up with a highly functional computer.

Now, Mike advertises on the NextDoor app so I got in touch with him and gave him the specs. The Mac was functional (sort of) but really dragging. He advised me as to what he could do to upgrade the machine and quoted me, based on my needs, a more than fair price of $130 including the parts.

He picked up my Mac, upgraded it with parts and programs, reloaded everything of mine and even updated the operating system. He then delivered it to my door.

The end result is that this Mac, for lack of a better term, now flies. It starts up quickly and its performance more that meets my needs. It's now a highly functional personal and work computer. Clearly as good, and maybe better, than my 2019 work PC was.

I can't recommend Mike highly enough. Great service at a more than fair price with a fantastic result. Give him a call if you need help with any Apple products. It's worth your time.
