I unfortunately own one of the more difficult phones to repair a galaxy s7 edge. My warranty expired and its on contract with at & t. still owing 300$ and the only option I had according to at& t was to have a third party repair it. At first I was very uncomfortable with the whole situation, owing still and not sure what its going to cost and no guarantees. Anyway I said go ahead and let the chips fall, where they will. Well the owner told me he wouldn't rush so that only what needed repaired got repaired and no additional costs. He really did his best and I got my phone back paying a very awesome price with a warranty. Still in a timely fashion. The edge phones are notorious for the screen breaking with any repairs, which a lot of repair guys automatically just charge for it. So bottom line a very happy customer and ready to bring him all my other projects i've delayed.

I was super excited to get my phone fixed here because the views & rates were so great but I'm HIGHLY disappointed. I explained to the gentleman that fixed my phone that the fall of my phone damaged the inside hardware & he assured me after he was done it would be like nothing happened. 95$ down the drain. All thats fixed is the cosmetics, my phone looks great but is completely delayed, the parts of my screen that were cracked STILL don't work. my back camera is completely blacked out and Apple did a hardware run and half the things on my phone don't even work anymore. I walked in with 1 issue and left with much more. But hey, it's cool since it "looks" fine.

Honest Service, Fair Price, & Quick Turn Around Time! Way more personal than the typical chain tech service...As a graduate student I need my computer for everything.
I have a matchbook pro 2012 edition & was slowing down big time, and screen was going out. I was on the verge of getting a new computer. Instead I just bought a new Solid State Hard Drive and 8 Gigs of Ram for less than $300. Now my computer runs like new again. Much better option than spending another 800-1,400 dollars for any new computer.

My Iphone 5S finally died! Wouldnt charge. Googled for repair and up comes iSmart Tech with a 5 star rating. Took my dead phone over to the shop. The shop owner plugged it in and said it was charging. While i went to the VA for a class, he ran diagnostics on the phone And replaced the battery (over 3+ years old) and checked the input port. Cleaned it. It was charged and running like new when i got back 2 hours later.
The price was great!!! The service was awesome!!! And only 5 minutes from my home..
I've worked in customer service for over 40 years. This young man IS custome,r service!!!
We're bringing my wife's Dell laptop and my macbook air for fixing and updating!
I am recommending this shop to everyone. Oh...and he does all kinds of repairs, tv, ecetera!!

This place is great! The owner, Mina, is fantastic. He is always honest about what needs to be done and how long it will take, how much it will be and he's come thru helping y parents as well as myself finding great deals on refurbished computers. You can even rent nails
Uhauls from him. Just a good guy and a solid shop. He won't let you down.

I brought in my daughter's macbook air. It turned out to be beyond repair, but they were fast and honest and there was no charge for the assessment. I will definitely come back when I have something else that needs repair.

UPDATE to my last review.
We contacted Ehad again for another cell repair (have you seen the prices of a new Iphone?). He scheduled an appointment and was a bit early, took the broken phone and fixed it. His business model is mobile now. Really amazing. Actually took less time for him to pick up, repair and deliver that the last pizza I ordered!!!! I am always amazed at "techy" types who resurrect broken electronics. He's really great to work with.

THIS IS OUR REVIEW FROM TWO-YEARS AGO.....
Ehad was our tech. He was amazingly responsive and flexible when Square trade warranty fell on its face he repaired our phone anyway while waiting for the SquareTrade email to confirm the authorization. After three long phone calls square trade realized that they had made a mistake and authorized repair. By that time the phone was already fixed. We were on a tight deadline to go out of town. He really went the extra mile
