Teddy was super helpful! I'd been having issues with my phone not charging and assumed it just needed cleaning despite it seeming to be relatively clean in there. He took a look and agreed that it didn't need cleaning and was able to let me know that he can replace the charging port within a couple hours as it was likely due to damaged pins in the charging port. I was surprised at the quick turnaround as I was expecting to wait at least a day to get my phone back. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

I went into this shop earlier today and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. First off I called to see if they accepted walk ins and they told me additional information, about what parts they carry in store and what they may need time to order before I come in. Then when I was there I was Greeted quickly by Teddy who within minutes was able to tell me what the issue was, he wasn't trying to hassle me for business and was honest about pricing/options. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone repaired.

So I used to always go to the repair shop in Old town because I thought they were good until the last time I went and I was extremely disappointed and annoyed so I looked around for a different place and came across here and luckily I did!! Teddy, was great!!! The screen replacement is pretty much as the original screen, affordable and super quick!!! Will definitely come here if I need any repairs again and of course recommend this shop to everyone !! Thanks again Teddy for making my phones like new again!!

I will say this is the best phone repair shop I’ve ever been to. Teddy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he replaced my phone screen extremely fast and told me, why my screen wasn’t working properly. Great customer service , very affordable, and super fast, I highly recommend.

While on vacation from Canada, one of our phones had a foreign made C plug (for a charging cable) break apart with a small part left in the phone thus making it impossible to recharge the phone until this broken part was removed. We tried removing the broken piece with tweasers but had no luck. The technician at iFixandRepair solved our problem in minutes and at no charge! What a wonderful welcome for foreign visitors. Everything about this store was well laid out and easy to find and the techician was able to solve our problem in short order without having to replace the socket. We can't thank him enough. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend giving this shop a try for any cell phone issue you may encounter.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but for this particular place I will. Horrible customer service and they sell you faulty things. I was traveling to Orlando and had my phone screen replaced, a day later it started glitching and unfortunately I had a flight to catch back home. I called them and they told me to have the screen removed and ship it to them. I had it professionally removed, boxed in bubble wrap and shipped to them (which BTW cost me extra fees that would not be recovered). I kept calling and they kept delaying my answer. Finally after 1 month the owner “Teddy” said he cannot refund me and there’s a scratch at the BACK of the screen and it can’t be covered under warranty anymore. This store made me run around to ship it all the way from Canada to Florida to hear this answer after selling me a faulty screen replacement that didn’t even last a day. I handled it with such care after he told me to ship the part back to him. By the way I paid over 300 USD for this. I own a business myself and I would never do this to my customers. Horrible horrible place. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
