Wir kamen spontan für einen Service mit unserem Camper und wurden sofort dran genommen.
Vielen Dank an Glend und seinen Vater!

Wir können es jedem ans Herz legen mit seinem Auto diese Werkstatt zu besuchen.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem VW T5 auch noch an einem Sonntag.. Doch Sergei und sein Vater sind extra in die Werkstatt gekommen um sich unser Auto anzuschauen.
Unser Camper hatte ein merkwürdiges hohes Geräusch beim Gas geben, gemacht. Es hat etwas gedauert bis das Problem gefunden wurde, aber über den ganze Prozess wurde sehr transparent mit uns kommuniziert. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Falls es ein Problem mit dem Auto gibt, würden wir auf jedenfall empfehlen hierher zu kommen.

Die Dieselleitung an unserem Iveco 4x4 war undicht. Das Problem wurde mit großem Einsatz und Bordmitteln am Samstag Nachmittag kompetent gelöst. Vielen Dank, tolle Arbeit !

This is the best auto service ever!!! it's a 3 generation family business, you couldn't ask for a better one.
Our clutch gone in the middle of our roadtrip, and we called them in a hope that they might can help us. Glend can speak English really well, so it was easy to explain what's happened. They were super fast, just in 15mins were there to save us. They took the car to the garage and they ordered the part straight away, so it could arrive next day. They were so kind and prioritised us so we could continue our trip as soon as possible. Because of their understanding and excellent customer service we only just missed one day of our planned trip. And the car did since another 2000km without any problem. Thank you Glend Arthur and Grandpa for this amazing experience.

Wjj stonden op zondag vast in Berat met onze camper die niet meer schakelde. Vader en zoon waren binnen half uur aanwezig en waren snel achter het probleem: de koppelingsplaat en pomp waren kapot. De auto werd naar de garage gebracht en op maandag zijn de onderdelen besteld. Op dinsdag was de camper gemaakt. Goede service, vakmanschap, goede communicatie over het stappenplan en begrootte kosten. Heel vriendelijk en zoon Servi die heel goed engels spreekt. Kortom wij zijn zeer te spreken over deze garage.

Incredible service - we had an issue with our hire car in Berat and the father and son team came very quickly and managed to solve the issue despite being on the side of a very busy street in extreme heat. Reasonable price and very friendly, and the son (I don't know his name, sorry) speaks very good English. Thank you so much!

Artur the mechanic and Glend his son worked together patiently to solve our repair . Glend speaks English really well and we were anxious that the car be made safe for our onward journey. They dealt with us very calmly. The repair was very good and the price very fair .

We had a little issue with our car on our trip and we stopped by here to ask if they could help us. The very kind sir had a quick look, immediately found the issue and fixed it within the hour. While the mechanic didn't speak English, he called his son to help translate, but afterwards we talked over Google translate and later the son arrived himself, so communication was not a problem. Amazing and very quick customer service, very kind people work here. After the problems we're fixed, they even gave us tips on places to visit to enjoy our visit to Albania even more. If you have any problems with your car while in Berat, don't look anywhere else - such a pleasure to be helped by such nice people! Thank you so so much! 🙂
