This place is changing the expectations with Labs. I was prepared to have to wait as a walk in patient but was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was in and out. The gentleman who helped me was so delightful and accommodating.

For my profession I am required to submit to random drug testing frequently. I am so relieved there is Arcpoint Saint Augustine available to me after so long of waiting and being treated terribly by Labcorp and other local labs. The staff here treats you like family and your time is their top priority! I usually am able to walk right in and out! I wouldn’t waste my time at any other lab. Arcpoint is full service and handles all variety of the testing I am required to do.
