This company sent a care worker to my home that smoked narcotics in my driveway. When I asked Mrs. Rhonda the owner did they run drug screens on their employees, her reply was that they were required by the state to do criminal backgrounds but not drug screens. Basically I was told in so many words that I would have to accept whomever they sent me into my home. I would have given this company a 0 stars rating but couldn't go lower. Because of the reply that was given, I don't recommend this company for safety reasons because they send anyone to your house!

It's like the staff r untrained and from the welfare to work program. They violate hippaa laws and exspect new people to just know how the program works. Only one white lady there is professional and explains the way the program works. The rest run the place like it's a zoo. It's the most ghetto place that's needs to be run by real professionals or shut down. Hope the state sends someone in to do a secret investigation. These workers dnt respect hippa patient rights at all. They ask personal information in front of other patients. Just go to this zoo of a place and find out itself. Just call even when they answer the phone they r argumentative as if these ghetto people can't be fired or without a job. No ethics or respect for the people that make their job possible.

There is nothing i like about it the Lady Rhonda is just rude and think she can talk to you like ur a child I am so ready to call the state on this not so good place cant call it a Healthcare Services its just a place where they have people working...Oh but im bout to stop this...lol wrong one lady..
