I joined This Company ITBD at Chandigarh India in 2015 with high expectations, especially after spending two years of productive years at my previous company at New Delhi India. However, my experience with IT By Design was deeply disappointing.
Despite being hired with the promise of meaningful work, I found myself with little to no tasks for the majority of my time there. The lack of communication and clear direction was frustrating and disheartening. After just two months, I was unexpectedly let go. This abrupt termination left me questioning the company's hiring practices and overall management.
It's unclear why I was hired in the first place if there was no work to be done. This not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary disruption to my career.

1. You've to sign a Bond worth 2Lacs for an year.
2. 50%+ employees leave company within 3 months of probation.
3. It's an MSP, not an Enterprise. So you've to be jack of all techs to get a client. Else you may waste your whole probation on bench.
4. You'll be hired as an L2 or L3 Wintel/ VMware/ O365 engineer but when you start working for a client...you'll get a major crunch of Desktops/Laptops/backup support. ? Pathetic!
5. Employees get huge referral bonus...as job-quitting rate is tremendously high. Consequently, there are so many walk-ins & hirings.
6. Worst leave policy, they have about 15-16. leaves.including CL,EL,Holidays. You won't get leaves even if you're sick or dying! They just care about business.
7. NO work-life balance, No Holi-Diwali holidays, you will even be asked to come on Independence & Republic Days
8. They may give a you a good hike but it's not worthy at all when u can't live properly.

If you're a hard working engineer, want good exposure, please do not waste your time. Go to other companies like HCL, IBM, Wipro, Oracle, Amazon, Microsoft or even any small company.
