After procrastinating for several years & watching my monthly Frontier bill (internet & TV) climb to over $200, I finally called Frank for help on how to "cut the cord". My computer knowledge could be poured into a thimble with room to spare so I was worried Frank would speak to me in computer/internet language & I wouldn't understand anything he told me. That didn't happen. He responded to my home within 20 minutes of my phone call, sat at my desk & checked out my laptop, then spoke to me so I could understand what I needed to do to finally "cut the cord"! IT Professionals is the REAL DEAL. I could not be more ecstatic with his service on my Dell desktop. I depend on my PC every day, for productivity and photography applications. When my XPS 8930 would not turn on I thought I was in for a long road to doom. In 2 days he had my machine repaired and even upgraded, including replacing 2 drives and the power supply. When I turned it on, everything - all my files, all my apps - was exactly how it was before it died. I am absolutely amazed, blown away, and very, very grateful.
