I brought it my 3TB Hard Drive that was crashing. This was all of my work for the past 10 years. Wayne was able to help me recover it all and transferred it to a new external drive. He was able to get it done in a couple days, which I was very thankful for. And when I was having issues connecting the new drive to my computer Wayne fixed the problem right away was very accommodating. I truly appreciate everything!

Wayne was very helpful and gave me a quick diagnosis.

I called him up prior and he said to just come down and he will tell me what’s going on. I had accidentally deleted my drive during an installation and needed a diag if there was anything to save. Other places told me to send it it and asked for over 200 just for evaluation. Wayne hooked it up after I arrived and gave me a quick and free of charge diagnosis within 15 min.
I’ll be coming here for any data recovery or evaluations from now on!

These guys are the TRUTH! I had a laptop that was severely water damaged & the motherboard had a bit locker key that I did not know and could not retrieve. I contacted several local repair shops including Best Buy's Geek Squad and no one could help me. Wayne and his team were my last hope and they did not disappoint! I had a very old thumb drive with a lot of important info on it, but most important to me was old pictures and voicemails from my grandma who now passed away 6 years ago.
