I have utilized Zephyr Networks at several companies where I was responsible for the integrity and operation of the IT systems and they were stellar in their service every time! Each staff member was professional, knowledgeable and always available to meet my IT needs.
I had a situation where the network had a hard crash and when Zephyr came in, they had a recovery plan documented and implemented it quickly and with extreme urgency to minimize down time.
