Brought my daughters iPad and they said the could repair it. It was working and just went black. We left it overnight and they called today saying they can’t find the part but would sell me an iPad smh. So we’re out $50 and I can spend another $200 if I want. Ridiculous

My experience with Tech support was great. I had my laptop screen and connection system replaced. The team there did quick diagnosis of the problem and made recommendations on how to fix the laptop. They were responsive on phone and via text to respond to my questions and give me status updates on my device and it’s repair process. They were accommodating when I asked them to ship the device. So far my laptop works without problems. Overall great service.
