Rapid Computer Repair to the rescue! Dropped my laptop and shattered the LCD screen - the replacement of which seemed like a fairly quick and easy fix for an IT tech. I contacted 5 different computer repair companies within 15 miles of my office and all of them quoted outrageous pricing, excessive tech restoration requirements and extensive repair timelines - except for John. Before I even dropped off my laptop with him, he ordered my replacement screen and as soon as it arrived, he had it installed and tested within an hour. He is honest and very detail orientated, and I am very comfortable in trusting him with my personal IT equipment.

John was super accommodating, as he came to our residence to help with my pre-built gaming PC. Even offered to take my PC with him back to his shop for further testing and kept in constant communication regarding his next steps and recommendations for my next steps. Additionally, he’s priced fairly and did not try and upcharge for different parts. He kept it 100% real with me and was attentive to what I needed. Added bonus is how friendly he was. Honestly John was way better than I could have expected. He ended up just calling me and working through the whole thing over the phone. Probably spent over an hour on the phone trouble shooting with me. I’d say I’m pretty well versed when it comes to PCs, at least more than the average person. So we just sat together and started going through everything possible. In the end we were able to come to the conclusion, and he saved me probably hundreds of dollars trying to replace parts, which I had already started. Will definitely be going back to him if I need anything. Thank you so much.
