Gallico with TopMac is hands down the BEST IT support I have ever worked with. He is extremely skilled in his trade, professional, thorough, and responsive to requests. Our office is able to run more efficiently now thanks to his expertise. When possible, Gallico attempts to provide an immediate solution over the phone or by remotely logging into our system. If he needs to come into the office, it is easy to schedule an appointment with him that fits our availability. You will not find a better person to trust your technology with in all of Austin.

Eyal Gallico from TopMac has swooped in and saved the day for my small business for the second time this year. Back in March after moving out of our office due to the pandemic, I was unable to figure out how to allow my colleagues remote access to our server. I spent a miserable and hopeless week calling different IT specialists for help. Finally I found TopMac. Mr. Gallico helped to reconfigure our router settings and access was restored! This week when we had to replace our router and remote access stopped working, Mr. Gallico came to our rescue again. He was patient, kind and professional. I literally do not know what I would have done without him and am beyond grateful for his help!

Eyal Gallico was awesome in helping me update my POS and Office networking systems with components that are 10 years old! He was very thorough in the planning phase to ensure all products were ordered, systems back-up, etc. During the installation phase, Gallico was diligent and paid attention to every little detail. He continued to follow-up and trouble shoot issues as they came up. Gallico provided top-notch planning, installation and support at reasonable price. I used TopMac when my laptop stopped working. Gallico was able to replace my entire hard drive and get my laptop back to me within a few days. I was able to recover most of my data from my old hard drive with his help, which was awesome, since I'm a student and I needed all of my homework. Thanks, Gallico, it was a fantastic service.

Gallico was immediately responsive to my request for service and assisted me with the purchase of a new desktop computer and then traveled to my home in Spicewood to set it up for me and migrate all of my information from my "retired" computer. It was easy and painless, because Gallico is an impressive, seasoned expert. He is also extremely courteous and friendly (and dog friendly!). I was most impressed by how quickly he returned my calls and responded to my emails. You will not find a better, more customer service oriented computer technician. I highly, highly recommend him. I would actually give him six stars, but there were only five.

I was struggling with an issue with my email for 6 months and Gallico. I was beyond frustrated and had no idea how to fix it. I wish I would have called Gallico sooner because he came on-site and fixed my email issue immediately. He took the time to thoroughly explain what the issue was and also discussed other ways I can improve my business's data backup. His service is everything I would want for IT (friendly, timely, knowledgeable) and his company is officially my "go-to" for all things IT related!!
