I never leave bad reviews, especially for local businesses, but frankly what I experienced was unacceptable service. I brought my computer in on January 6th because it was not booting, and none of the troubleshooting I had done had fixed it. I explained all of the troubleshooting steps I took when I brought the PC in. I could not pinpoint exactly what was wrong, but suspected it might've been an issue with the motherboard.
After two weeks, I called to check and see if there was any progress diagnosing what was wrong. Based on the conversation it didn't seem as though any work had been done yet. After over a month of no communication, I called on March 1st to see if there was any progress. I was basically brushed off and told there were "supply chain issues" ordering a replacement motherboard and that it would be about a week before they could get one. No sorry or anything for over two months of no communication whatsoever.
Finally, after four weeks of no communication after that second call that I made on March 1st, I went and picked up my computer. It is still not functional and I'll still need to bring somewhere else to get fixed. "Supply chain" issues were cited again when I picked it up. A quick google search for the exact motherboard in my PC yielded a bunch of sites with it in stock.
Overall, in my view taking nearly 3 months to replace a part in a PC is completely unacceptable, and this is further compounded by no communication whatsoever other than the two calls that I initiated. I have no idea how much longer it would have taken to eventually get it fixed, but I wasn't going to wait around to find out.
