I could not have sold my house without the help of Marsha and her team. I sold this house out of state and Marsha took care of pretty much every detail. She worked directly with my property manager on getting access to the house and from there orchestrated staging the property for sale. Marsha was showing us properties for my brother in law in Nocatee. We got familiar and she also met my kids. She was punctual responsive and sincere in showing us around. All was good till this happened in the last show house. I pointed at a packet of open cookies spilled lying on the floor indicating who could have left it . She either misunderstood, was joking or reacted on impulse , hopefully not coz of some deep rooted notion which no education or worldly interaction been able to overpower. She replied ,” That’s snack for you .You should take it home and feed your kids with it, I am sure they will love it “. Even taking names of my kids. Someone who advertises herself as a mother of a 10 year old daughter can talk this way about others kids is sad and shameful . I am sure if anyone said this toward her daughter she would get offended too.
