My experience with Dr. Lexi and her team was transformational! As a mother who was struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety, I was desperate to feel better, and was not finding support in our traditional health care system. Dr. Romero was highly recommended by my friend so I became a patient to help with my anxiety and depression. I received a discount to receive treatments which was very nice. The lab work, diet regimen, supplements, and health coaching all made a tremendous impact to my overall health and well-being. I recommend this business to anyone seeking a whole-body treatment approach to health instead of prescriptions for symptoms. The labs and supplements are not part of the enrollment fees which would have been nice to know before committing to treatment.

Optimal You Wellness center goes above and beyond with their extensive testing and guidance on what is found through testing to give you a personalized program to help you heal your body and meet your personal goals. I’ve been sick since I was 17 and in and out of the doctors since then seeing a range of doctors as well. Although I have had answers throughout this time which is over 10 years long, working with Dr. Lexie has been the biggest blessing and THE MOST ANSWERS I’ve ever received. I know that I’m already better than I was before and really looking forward to getting all quality of life back in every area because of this practice! My husband has been working with Dr. Tom Romero for the last six months on Neuro-plasticity for his Parkinson’s as well as clearing up his gut microbiome. We have seen substantial improvements!

Life changing! I don't have the words to express just how thankful I am for the team at Optimal You Wellness Center. I have spent the last 5 plus years barely functioning. I spent all day in bed, suffered from chronic migraines, no energy, mood swings and severe hair loss. When I first started at Optimal you I had lost over 50% of my hair with no signs of regrowth. After the first few months not only did I have a dramatic shift in energy, I also started to see baby hairs growing. I now have hair growth almost all over my head. I have never been more thankful to look like a chia pet 🙂
