I have been meaning to write a review of this business and its owner Chaiyz Brown. I have purchased a 1 yr service agreement , a DELL laptop and have had him help me with several computer or tablet device issues the past two years. He is very intelligent and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of computers and tech. He solves problems quickly/in a timely fashion and is very fair and affordable. I highly recommend him.

Gamer home built, ROG Crosshair VI,. mother board amd 6800xt, vid card, had issues getting system to update and slow overall performance. He installed a new 2 tb ssd to replace the hard drive. Couldn't get vid card to update changed sys to uefi, and made a new friend as well. Very intelligent and knowledgeable, and super reasonable in price. Answered all my questions and upgraded me to windows 11. As a gamer he is now my go to guy. Ck him out, thx for the read, Pud Muscle

I recently needed work done on my laptop and my iPad. Chaiyz Brown was very pleasant, listened to me explain the problems, and gave me a range of the approximate cost. I had a machine in very bad shape that needed cleaned and moved to a different tower, along the way some other things were needed but all this was done in a very reasonable time and the price was just amazing for all the work he did for me. I will not take my computer problems to anyone else.

Chaiyz repairs computers with a total desire for perfection on completion. He has done several computer repairs and upgrades for me over the past 4-5 years, with none having to be returned. Even replaces missing screws that match - that's attention to detail. It is understanding why when you call that (1) he cannot diagnose a problem over the phone, and (2) he is a small one person owner of the business. His hours have to fluctuate because of leaving the store occasionally to make a home repair appointment. Simply call to make sure he's in, drop off your broken item, allow adequate repair time, and you can be assured IT WILL be repaired to highest standards. His fees are much more reasonable than big box stores, and service is family oriented.

Long story short - I was unfortunately scammed and needed my computer cleaned asap. I called 20 minutes to close and was told if I could be there before close he would start on my computer overnight so that I could hopefully have it the next day. Owner is extremely nice, down to earth, helpful and understanding. Most importantly he did not make me feel worse about the situation as I was beating myself up pretty badly. Edited to add : Computer is even faster than it was and he explained everything thoroughly. Please check this place out for your techy needs!
